Cinco de Mayo is a holiday commemorating the date of the Mexican army’s 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla. A relatively minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage were unique dishes are prepared.

Celebrate “Cinco de Mayo weekend” at Pacifico as Executive Chef- Rafael Palomino shows you how to recreate this singular holiday with a special celebration bringing the taste of popular Mexican street food accompanied by Avion tequila cocktails to your table. In this class, you will learn how to make the perfect tacos, quesadilla, salsas, and cocktails. For $55, the demonstration class includes four courses, cocktails, recipes and a copy of Nueva Salsa featuring recipes from chef Rafael Palomino & Pacifico.
